any idea where to get some exhuast at a reasonable price or any other things for a 98 v8 5.0 4dr XpLr

I would check around locally. See who is doing performance exhaust work and talk to them. That's what I did. And am real happy with the results.

It is usually cheaper to get it done locally then to buy a pre-made catback system...
