I believe I have to take the inside door panel off to access the bolts and take off the side view mirror and replace, right? I dont see any bolts holding the door on, I do see two screws by the handle I think. I amagine I must take those out and the rest of the door must be pryed off right? please let me know, I want to do this when my mother, on her truck, gets off work around 6:30p today. thanks.

some of these (can't remember the years) had a small panel that popped off without having to remove the whole door panel. Once in there its just a few 13mm nuts holding on to the mirror studs and a power mirror electrical connector. If the piece of plastic at the front top of the door panel is separate you can just pull it off. otherwise, yes door panel is comming off. screw in the handle, maybe some around the outside edge of the panel. then lift up and pull out starting at the bottom. generally there are push clips, they require some finesse, plan on getting some replacements at the parts store as they can break. it will be an easier proceedure with the window down.
