confused Serious prob-- oil in water. please help

I have just replaced the heads and head gaskets on a 1992 4 litre Explorer due to overheating and the cracking of one of the heads. I replaced both just to be safe. Now, all of the engine oil is being pushed into the cooling system, and I mean 4 quarts or more within a matter on minutes. There is NO water getting back into the oil tho. Any one got any ideas? I plan to do a compression check and then check the head casting numbers just to make sure I didn't get the wrong heads. Cracked block? I don't know. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

at a guess you failed to get a seal somewhere between the head and he block , were all the little seal rings in place ?

Yeah. Sounds like you missed something or the gasket got damaged/misaligned.

Sounds like you are gonna have to tear it down again.
