I have a 2001 Mercury Mountaineer with the Premium AM/FM cassette single CD, radio. The problem is that the CD will skip like a happy schoolgirl. At first it was once in a while, now its most of the time. It skips for burned cdrs as well as "real" cds. Is anyone else seeing this problem? Any solutions short of replacing the unit?
