I have a 2005 Explorer Sport Trac 4Dr 4WD

I take it on the beach and would like to possibly look into a lift kit.

Would a body lift kit allow me to also put on some larger tires or would I have to go with a suspension left?

I'm pretty sure that they ONLY make a 3" body lift for the 4WD ST's, and that is your only option. They do make a 5" I believe suspension lift for the 2wd ST's though.

mysporttrac.com has lots of info about this. I believe that the guys over there are fitting 33's with the 3" body lift and a torsion bar twist/alignment in the front.
