TonyD Registered User Join Date: Feb 2011 Posts: 4	Steering Wheel R&R The steering wheel on my 99 Explorer XLT has been oozing black stuff from under the leather wrap for some time. Could be that I live in Phoenix Arizona! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could tell me the procedure for removing and replacing the steering wheel (and air bag of course); I'd like to replace the wheel with one from a donor car. Thanks.
