I just got a 2002 explorer and i am installing 3 car seats, so i needed to make sure that i was using the correct place for the top tethers. I have been told that these were cargo tie downs by some and that they are the tethers by others. If these are not the top tethers then where the heck are they, i have searched the seat backs and the whole cargo area over trying to find them,lol!!!
Anyway, here's the pics of the back of the suv, the black hooks are what i was told is the tethers, so are they????
