Torque specs and sequence

Looking for the torque spec and sequence on the intake manifold lower on a 1996 5.0 Explorer.

Sorry to be so lazy. The intakes shown on the first webpage might not be exact to your generation, but it should give you the general idea, a cross bolt pattern starting from the middle and working your way out, then grabbing the very center.
