grandberry Registered User Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 1	wont start i have a 1991 explorer and the starter went out..i ordered a new one and put it one..but it still wont start..so i took the battery to get it tested and the battery was fine..what else could it be..when i first put the new starter on and tried to start it,everything came on but went backe off.
