4.0 SOHC- setting timing??

Replacing the timing chain and tensioners on a 1998 Ford Explorer 4.0 SOHC. There are no timing marks on gears. I have it apart and am working on it. I am replacing tensioners and main chain. Anyone with info or suggestions please email or post. Thanks in advance for any help given.
