Well, if you can get the whole car as a parts car, go for it.
You need to unbolt the motor mounts, and pull the engine & tranny as a whole.
Drop those in your car, change out the PCM & harnass, the speedometer & tachometer, the exhaust and probably the shifter linkage & driveshafts (not sure on those, though).
The linkage/driveshafts/exhaust should be easy since you'll have the whole engine out, the speedo & tach switch out as a unit, but the PCM may be a problem.
