hey just wondering if anyone knew where i could get my hands on a stroker kit for my essex 3.0L v6??? if so how much are they and how much work is invovled in putting them in??
any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

i was just putting it up in the air because i thought i would more chance getting a response from someone in the UK.
its the standard motor in the 1970 capri.
