yeah i know i don't know anything about cars. so here we go. i was driving about 70 mph on a 65 mph highway when all of a sudden my car started to slow down and i wasn't letting up on the accelorator or going up hill. as the days and weeks went by it got slower and slower. Now it doesn't even start. it turns over and thats about it. when i try to start it it sounds like it should start but it doesn't. does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong because im clueless.

Check a few things.

1. Check for codes
2. Fuel pump pressure test
3. fuel filter
4. distributor cap
5. Rotor
6. plug wires
7. plugs


Is the fuel injection system clean? Have you check the throttle bore, idlespeed control motor and passages?

Also I have addressed this in your other thread. Similar response there. This one a little more indepth.
