Performance mods for my wifes fesitva

I am just wondering if anyone has done any performance mods to their festiva.

I was driving the wifes car the other day. Its a slug

I was thinking of some kind of turbo mod. Has anyone done a similar setup on their wifes car.

cheers

I have heard of people dropping in a 1.6 liter turbo mazda motor, from newer mercury capri`s!

Re: Performance mods for my wifes fesitva

you can install the laser/capri B6 turbo motor big job and lots of cash needed... or you could just install a b5 (1.5 festiva 'S') replacing the b3 (1.3) direct swap no mods needed. add then cold air intake, exhaust.. b5 engines are bought cheap.. like about $350 from jap importers.
i drove one with these mods (manual) and it went pretty good..hope yours is not auto!
