Question Swapping SHO engine or heads to 3L FFV

Does anyone know if the heads and other essential top end components will fit on a 99 3.0L FFV6 as used in the Ranger? I have this vehicle and while all the little tuning tips/tricks/parts are intriguing they all add up to 30-50 hp. The SHO makes 200-220 stock and with some of these tuning tips could easily add over 100 hp to the stock Ranger V6 (150).
