hey boys
whats been happening. look i own a mondeo and i was wondering coz i got the 2ltr Zetec and i was wondering what is zetec and what does it do? also what is the KW output of the V6 version of the mondeo where do i pick one up and about how much am i looking for a half cut version of the V6 also is there a GT version of the engine in europe? like a better engine that i can get my hands on?

Zetec is a type of Ford engine. See:http://www.fact-index.com/z/ze/zetec.html but I think it was first used in to describe a F1 V8 engine new V8 engine ... the 3.5-litre Zetec-R V8, was used by Benetton-Ford in 1994 and in this context Zetec seems to be a Cosworth spin off (See http://www.grandprix.com/gpe/cref-haynic.html and http://www.xs4all.nl/~aavv/cosworth.html)
