I have a 01 Escape and recently my power locks stopped working so I took it into the dealership and they said my GEM module (body control unit) is malfunctioning so I'm thinking about buying a OEM module online and I was wondering, how hard is it to install one of these units. Where is it located and is there any programming needed?
