Hi, 2003 Escape XLT, V6.
I have this stalling issue which seems to always happen in reverse. It actually happens in the following manner: Backing out of a parking space, apply the brake to stop, and usually before I get a chance to put it in drive, it stalls. It does start right up again after, but this happens quite regularly.

I've had it in to the dealership so many times for this issue I am ready to burn the damn thing. They always claim they ccannot make it happen so it is impossible to find the problem. That's fair enough, but in the mean time, someone has to know what this could be.

This seems to occur when the engine is both warm and cold. Any weather conditions/season.
