jamesjdug Registered User Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: NJ Posts: 20	'05 Escape Brake "Whistle" My wife has an '05 Escape w/FWD, V6, 41,000 miles. When I drive it, I noticed whenever I let my foot off the brake pedal after applying the brakes, there is a faint "whistling" noise. There is no ABS light on, it stops well, just this noise that is new, it just started happening recently. Any ideas why???
