Has anyone had experience with Bulletin Number AS-21624, The Transmission May Leak Fluid From a Seal?

I'll be making my third trip back to the service department to try and get this fixed. Trip 1 they replaced the axle & seal and made it worse. Trip 2 they replaced the seal and it's still leaking.

I was hoping to find someone that has gone through this before to give me some insight into what was done on their vehicle to fix this problem and / or what I'm going to be up against.

If that is the left hand or driver's side half-shaft seal that you are refering to it is/was common on many '09 Escapes. I have read where one owner had the same leak nine times!
