2002 escape noisy

Anyone know what causes the rattling/clinking in front and rear end ? Whenever I go over a significant bump it makes a clunking noise. It comes from the back and front, both sides but not all at the same time . Is it just some bushings that need replaced? I've noticed I feel bumps a lot more now too since its started doing It.

They might.

Ever notice that there's so many high performance parts available for GM products?

Did you ever think that maybe they NEED them?
