mfmthing Registered User Join Date: Sep 2007 Posts: 2	2003 Escape US Emissions Certification I live in Mexico and am buying a 2003 Escape built for the Mexican market. Should I choose to return to the U.S. does this car have all the necesary emissions control features required for me to license the car in the U.S. (less CA)?
