Try another dealer.
Front end work will cost them money to repair it properly. I wouldn't allow a dealer to tell me "everything's good" when even they know it's not. If there's not another dealer close by, go back to your primary dealer and demand them to fix your vehicle, as they even admitted that there was a problem. If you're snooty and persistent enough, they'll fix it fast.
