Just imagine sitting behind the wheel and how far away your leg is going be because of those running board. Unless you or another driver is very short, they just get in the way. I don't have them but that what some people say that have them for whatever reason.
Never looked as I never wanted! You couldn't reach the entire top from the running boards anyway. I'm over 6' and use a three step ladder.
Ok, let's just skip the functionality, practicality, and overall PITA these bars are to get around them... Aesthetically speaking (and I, for one, happen to like they way they look), what are the best made (sturdy) bars available for this vehicle?
