Just bought a used 2001 Escape XLT 4x4 and was wondering if I could get some info on it like things I should look out for in this SUV. It has about 88,500 miles. Any information would be great thanks alot

Common problems with 2001 Escape..................

Front link pins wear causing a clunking noise over bumps.
Low coolant light comes on from a faulty reservoir sensor.
All Escapes eat up tires.

That's about it. Not too bad at all. I would have your VIN# checked for recalls though.
