Anyone have any idea why my 2001 Ford Escape just emptied it's coolant? There is no signs of leaking coolant around the engine bay, in the oil or even on my garage floor?? It is as if the Escape just spat it out on the road or something? I have since re-filled and so far everything seems fine...weird!

car to hot=evaporation
or somtimes your coolant could be over filled which causes it to gointo the resevoir and if that fills there its goes all over the highway...

your radiator cap has temperature at which it opens and lets excess water in to the expansion tank.. your overflow/ expansion tank should be full if thats the case that its running ever the caps temp.. your cap could be faulty.. try having the radiator pressure tested and the cap.. if thats all good then look out for blown head gasket/ cracked head. i have never needed to top my radiator up.. if it is ruuning too hot you have something else wrong. faulty thermostat, blocked radiator core, fans not working etc..
