Escape 4x4 binding - Ford Forums

When I first start up my 02 escape there is no binding in sharp turns, but after driving on the interstate with cruise then slow down and turn into a parking lot etc. there is binding when making turns. Is this related to TSB 15430?
What does it take to fix the problem?

Does the TSB indicate that the fix is to do something drastic (& expensive) like tear down the transmission, or something more simple like reprogram a computer chip somewhere?

I went to the local Ford dealer and asked for information on TSB 15430 and it didn't come up on their system. It it is a Ford TSB why did a dealer not have it on their computer search system?
