Ford Contact help needed
Hi All,
Hope someone can help me. I recently bought a ford escape from a U.S. Pilot stationed in England. The Car was brought over from the U.S.A. and is left hand drive. I bought the car and drove it to Spain as left hand drive is the order of the day there. Now my problem. Only one set of keys provided. I purchased 2 more uncut keys and 2 more Remote fobs. I had the keys cut and while they open the doors they will not start the engine. I knew this before hand and I know I have to take the car to a dealer to Program. My problem is the Ford Escape is not sold in Spain so the dealer does not jave the software to reprogram the keys. Can anyone tell me how to Contact Ford to get help with this. If Ford could contact a dealer in Malaga, Spain and email them the software I could go there and have the keys programmed. Alternatively does anyone know if a Mazda Dealer can do the job as I am told the Tribune is basically the same Car. Hoping you can help with this one,
