Rear Shocks Leaking on '05 Escape
Hi all - new to the forum, looking for some help.

My Escape has 40,000 miles on it - in for inspection today at the dealer today. I got a call that my car would not pass inspection because the rear shocks are leaking and therefore must be replaced. Is this common? I haven't even owned it 2 years.

I have changed many sets of rear shocks on Escape for leaking. Some with as little as 8000 miles on it.
