I traded my last Ranger on a Sport Trac. Love it. First thing you should do is replace the shocks unless they look pretty new. The stockers are way too soft even for safe highway driving. That sounds like a good deal. At 90k I'd invest in a tune-up and change all the fluids (coolant, tranny, t-case, oil, axles, brake) and filters and motor on.
