Hello

New to the forum, I have a 2002 ford escape, ( love it ) today my sunroof decided to make a clicking noise when I opened it, it opens, but when I close it all the way, its not sealing, its like it got off track somehow . Any suggestions - its gonna rain soon

is it broken? mine had one of the levers that push the sun\roof up down back an forward break. if yours is moving back an forward fine then i'm going to gues something happened to the motor orsomething happened where the motor connects to the rails that do the moving of the window.

G/l i ended up just removing the fuse once i got it into position til i can fix it. Got more important things to worry about atm.

Maybe give them a call... and look for a local repair company. A LOT less than the $900 I've heard of for the factory[total] replacement part.
Or, if you are adventurous, and don't fear removing the headliner, do it yourself. They provide instructions. I'd like to see the instructions before jumping in myself.
