I registered my wife's '09 Mariner at syncmyride.com and downloaded the updates it showed her Sync system needed from the VIN onto a new 4gb thumb drive and followed the instruction from the site to update her system. I heard the first audible message the downloads were complete and left it in the USB port for the second audible message it said I should hear but never did, even after an hour of waiting.
Am I missing something that I should be doing to get the updates downloaded properly and installed in her Mariner's Sync system?
Long time since I updated mine but remember have problems too. Seems like it said that it failed but really it didn't! You can either try it again or try the program that checks what version that you have installed.
