Stacy94PGT Registered User Join Date: Feb 2001 Location: The Hills of North Georgia,USA Posts: 7,859	US:Escape Hybrid is $26,970 Escape Hybrid is $26,970 By Amy Wilson Automotive News DETROIT -- The 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid will start at $26,970, including destination, and can reach more than $33,000 for a fully optioned vehicle. The base Escape Hybrid will be about $3,300 more than a comparable V-6-powered conventional Escape. The four-wheel-drive Escape Hybrid starts at $28,595, about $3,425 more than a comparable conventional Escape. The Escape Hybrid will go into production during the last week of July at Ford's Kansas City, Mo., assembly plant. It will go on sale in early fall. Ford plans to sell some to celebrities to raise awareness of its first gasoline-electric hybrid vehicle. Ford expects to sell about 4,000 Escape Hybrids this year. __________________ Stacy94PGT My first car was a 67 Mustang Coupe, 2nd one was a 67 Cougar XR-7, 3rd one was a 66 Mustang Coupe.
