Im looking to upgrade my exhaust on my 03! Im having problems finding anything that fits that year! Especially new headers. Has anybody got an idea of a company that sells headers for the navi? Gibson seems to think the set for an expedition will work, but thats as close as Ive come.

The rest of the exhaust, Im not sure what I want. To buy a complete kit or peice together something myself based on looks and sound.

I wanted to upgrade the whole system from 2.5 to 3" from the headers back. Or just keep stock equipment and purchase a cat back system from one of the many that are available.

Any suggestions would be greatly accepted!

The '03 5.4L Expedition headers WILL NOT work on the '03 5.4L Navigator motors !! The heads are different, the exhaust ports are different ! 2006 and later are the same ( 3V heads...). I would first try just a Borla Cat-Back exhaust and see how you like that. Headers would have to be custom made $$$.
