03 Navi middle piece on rear bumper to cover the trailer/haul thing

03 Navigator. I do not know the name, but it is the middle piece on rear bumper that coves that trailer/haul thing to haul a trailer or something like that. Anyone know the name of it and where i can buy one???

According to the owners manual it says, "Trailer hitch cover"
Your vehicle is equipped with a removable trailer hitch trim cover. To
remove the trim cover:
1. Loosen the two push pins in the
bottom of the cover by turning them
counterclockwise with a flathead
screwdriver or similar object.

They're around $45 at the dealer and have to be painted to match. You can search at these dealers. Look under Bumber>rear> bumper components>tow bkt cover.
