2003 Lincoln Navigator has no power to go up hills or inclines. Changed all 02 sensors, plugs, fuel filter,coils. Took it to Mr. transmission and their tech says not the transmission. Shifts are late but it is as if they are being held back. Replaced the egr tube 2 months ago.
