my expedition thinks the rear lift gate or glass is ajar all the time. Any one have any ideas. I've tried lock lube in the mechanisms already it did nothing...... I'm thinking a crap door sensor maybe, does any one know the best way to get at them???
If spraying WD40 or equivelant in the tailgate latch didn't help, you'll have to remove the rear trim to get at the switches. The top trim first, then the inside handle, then the panel itself. It'd be best to get a manual to refer to. maybe you library has one.
