I have an '04 Expedition. Turn signals stopped working. I checked fuses and bulbs all good. Also the rear wiper works off and on (mostly off). Hazards work and front wipers work. Could this be a turn signal switch problem? (I guess its called a multifunction switch.)

Try spaying electical contact cleaner in the area around the hazard switch and operate the switch a few times. Then try the turn signals and see if they work. Sometimes that will give a little longer life to the switch assy. If it does work, the switch will need replacing eventualy. They are easy to replace. You don't have to pull the steering wheel.
