My dealership at Fords request has replaced 3 Navigation units plus other parts that they think might be wrong. Nothing has worked. (Ford yesterday suggested rplace the unit again(dealership advised them this unit was a couple of weeks old and when they test drove it they had to call tech support because it gave them wrong address also during the test drive)I love this vehicle except for the very poor navigation system. Any suggestions would be great.
