2000 expedition

when i start my truck there is a beeping that comes on. five steady beeps. there is no idiot lights on the dash either. then in about 25 minutes it will do it again. and again about every 25 minutes can someone help me please very annoying. later sasquatch

Fault/short in the electrical system, or your not wearing your seatbelt! Interesting how it occurs every 25min. Are there any engine codes showing up?

An airbag system fault. A group of 5 beeps heard used to be an airbag system malfunction that couldn't turn on the air bag light.

Not always. Depends on the failure. I think if you heard the beeps the module somehow couldn't turn the light on.

thanks for everyones help. i am going to try to bring to dealer and see. just did't want to spend a ton of money on a 22 yeard old kid trying to find the problem. thanks sasquatch
