I took my car into the shop a few months ago and some differential fluid had to be added. Not much. A couple weeks ago I noticed the car sputtered a little when driving but not in idle. Now it sputters more often - like it's about to run out of gas. Could this be related to the differential? What symptoms would I see with a bad differential or transmission?
Well I can tell you that you will not see your expo sputtering like it is out of gas if it is a differential prob. You will feel some shaking and shimming going on. But hardly feels like you are out of gas.
