I am having problem with transmission linkage. Have to jiggle shift lever to get into park and usually have to shift to neutral to start. Lever feels really loose. Would appreciate any help to correct problem.
I have an 00 eddie Bauer expedition that gave the same problems. It was the shift cable and it had to be replaced. Mine Broke on top of a mountain, and i had to leave my rig up there all night! My advice is to get it replaced asap!
