2003 expedition 46000 miles tonight i felt the eng miss a little while at a redlight . so as i got onto the hiway i gave it plenty of gas
great pickup the eng sounded great but then the service eng light began to flash so i let off .and the lite went off
i need to have it looked at and i dont have a regular mechanic should i just take it to the dealer
mine did the same exact thing. turned out to be two bad coils (cyl 8 and 3). i had 30k on it and it was covered under warranty.
funny thing now is i noticed the idle is getting rough again, it has 33k on it now, but no miss or roughness on accelleration, like before. and no light of course. good luck.
