Well first off John. If you have issues with your truck there is no need to hit every thread in this section about it. One thread will do. If you disclike your truck then by all means hate it, but telling us in every thread is not going to help out anyone else that has an issue. You are just making yourself look like an idiot in here by doing this.
Dan: I am not sure if I talked to you in the IRC channel or not, but I explained to someone there some of the issues and the TSBs associated with the problems that you are experiencing.
here is a recap.
TSBs that can be looked at. Some are rear end issues, but they have been known to cause some of the issues you are experiencing.

Hope that helps you out some Dan. Since it is a 2003 you should be able to take it to the deal under warranty. If they say that it is not affected by the above then have them prove it too you. There are tons of '03 Expo owners that are experiencing this issue to only be turned away from the service department.
Now also understand that if it does not fall in the above that it could be the problem that they have diagnosed, but have no cure for as of yet. I have not seen anything in the bulletins on the Ford Systems regarding any fix as of yet.
