I installed a direct xm system in my exp. today when I was removing the dash trim I noticed there are wires for the message center ( mine does not have this option) can I just add the controls for the message center or are there more things to add like sensors. The wire harness is wired for it, it is landed at the empty spot for the message center. The wire for pedel control is also there.

The pedal controls will not work unless you have the option installed.
Message center will not be compatable with the cluster or PCM or GEM module.
