2007 Navigator Battery Drain

Its now happened 3 times in 3 weeks, something in the electrical system is draining my battery and can't get the car to start. Dealer did full diagnostics and can't find anything wrong. The only thing screwy was about a week before it happened the first time, my radio kept switching between the am band and the dvd player.

Any direction here would be appreciated!

Re: 2007 Navigator Battery Drain

Check for a draw. This will only work if there is a draw when you perform the test.

Re: 2007 Navigator Battery Drain

three causes:
Alternator not charging
Bad battery
Or ONE ALWAYS missed bad post connections. My navigator and 3 new batteries later fixed problem with tightening post connection. It was loose even when tightened down. Could move it with my hand. Put a sleeve on post and FIXED
