I am trying to find someone who has a similar vehicle to mine (2007 Navigator) - equipped with Sirius radio but not activated. What does your radio say when you try to access Sirius?

For me, when I go to the Sirius screen, it says "call for activation" and there are no numbers or channels accessible. I have been unable to get the radio to activate even though it is equipped with Sirius and I have called to subscribe to Sirius with the proper ESN #.

Supposedly Sirius is currently offering FREE channels which should work on all radios, even without an active subscription. I also wondered if anyone else with inactive Sirius installed is able to access those?

I'm at a loss as to why my radio will not activate and Sirius has not been able to help me solve the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

Anything new? I am having the same problem and need some help. Did u ever get this resolved?

I just had this happen to me...I put my FM radio on the frequency they told me to put it on for my area. Then the SIRIUS rep sent a signal (she kept telling me to put it on channel 184 and I kept telling her I couldn't). I moved car out of garage first, but no luck. An hour later I called back and talked to someone else, he sent a signal and it came back on instantaneously. Hope this helps.
