Hi everyone,
A few weeks back, the 6-CD player began to not play CD, the message on the Stereo would read "no CD". I then took it out( the 6-CD holder) and put it back in. Now, it reads "no CD", and when you press the eject button, it refuses to come out. I called a Ford dealership and they say that there is a reset button on the CD player and reset button for the stereo. However, i cannot find it, and I cannot find information on it in the manual. Does anyone know where the reset button is?

1st there is no such thing as a 96 Expy, they started in 97.

This problem you are having is very common but I never heard or seen either reset buttons.

There are websites that repairs this problem--

Does anyone know where the reset button is? It is only in the radio or in the CD Player also?
