Did a search first and found a few similar things which I will be checking over the next few days, but anyway I just purchased a 97 expedition that is throwing codes P0133, P1132, and P 0172 which are all leading to a few different things and I am just wondering what all I should check first and what should i try first and what should I replace first, the PO said that he replaced the o2 sensor already just not sure if it was the right one. by the way it has 185000 on the ticker. Also some of the symptoms are.... runs decent when first started for about 10-20 minutes and then gets sluggish if I cram the skinny pedal to the floor it clears out and will run ok for a little bit and then acts as though it is getting "loaded up" and I will have to smash the gas again.

I'm not a mechanic but I'm a owner of a 97 5.4 Expedition myself and the problem sounds familiar. I'm not sure what the codes are but I would try a couple of things.

1) check the coils packs. My Expedition has individual coils which go bad, get wet or the plastic part that u bolt down breaks and it doesnt have a solid connection. Ford did have a problem that the condinsation from the a/c dripped on the #4 plug that caused it to go bad. (no recall) but a problem non the less.

2) there is a hose that runs behind the throttle body... located almost direct center in the back of the motor between the throttle body and firewall. Check to see if its worn, torn or off.
