i have a 97 ford expedition 5.4 motor i put a new fule pump it in today put it all back togeather it started right up let it run for 10 mins turned it off and started it again and turned it right off and tryed to start it again and would not start it cranks but it will not start? got any answers

Is the fuel pump running? When you turn the key to ignition, do you hear the pump run for a few seconds?

im not sure i mean it started two time after i put the new pump in but now it just cranks it dosent turn over i was thinkin mabye the filter? or something but i never heard the pump bfor even bfor it stoped workin

If you listen close, you'll hear it. Normaly nobody pays attention. If you have access to another car, listen and you'll see what I mean. You should be able to hear the pump, not very loud, but hear it. That tells you the pump is working.
